Our Box Office is currently not available in person until 45 minutes before the performance commences. We may not be able to sell tickets for future performances at busy times.   

COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION
Your safety is our number one priority. Find out more about the measures we've put in place including socially distanced seating with a reduced capacity.

FACE COVERINGS
We ask you to please consider wearing a mask when joining us for a performance, to protect the actors and reduce risk of cancellations, however it is not a requirement of entry for full capacity performances.

STRICTLY NO LATECOMERS WILL BE ADMITTED
Once a performance commences, you will not be able to enter the theatre. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the theatre at the specified time on your eticket.

THE BAR IS OPEN 
The bar is open one hour before the show and during the interval (if there is one). You can also pre-order drinks. You will receive an email the day before the performance (and a text message on the day if we have your mobile number) with a link to pre-order drinks. 

TICKETS
Tickets will be issued as e-tickets by email, which you can show on your mobile as you enter the theatre. You can also print your own tickets at home if you need to. Audiences without an email address can be posted tickets on request. 

OPENING TIMES
The theatre building will only open 1 hour before the performance and the auditorium about 20 minutes before. 

CREDIT 
If you have accout credit, then you can view your credit in My Account and use it when you purchase tickets at the checkout stage.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
One free exchange to another performance in the run with 48 hours’ notice (please note: the booking cannot be transferred to another production). Any further transfers and returns to resale subject to a £2 per ticket exchange fee. Returns to resale only refunded to credit if a performance is sold out and if the ticket is sold on.

Season Ticket bookers: one free exchange to another performance in the run with 24 hours’ notice (please note: the booking cannot be transferred to another production). Any further transfers and returns to resale subject to a £2 per ticket exchange fee. Returns to resale only refunded to credit if a performance is sold out and if the ticket is sold on.

Members: unlimited free exchanges to another performance in the run with 24 hours’ notice (please note: the booking cannot be transferred to another production). Returns to resale only refunded to credit if a performance is sold out and if the ticket is sold on.
