COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION
We’re thrilled to be welcoming you back to the Orange Tree in May 2021. Your safety is our number one priority. We are a COVID secure venue, following the safety and hygiene measures for businesses set out by the government in its performing arts guidance. YOU MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING INSIDE THE THEATRE AT ALL TIMES

STRICTLY NO LATECOMERS WILL BE ADMITTED
Once a performance commences, you will not be able to enter the theatre. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the theatre at the specified time on your eticket.
FOR PERFORMANCES OF LAST EASTER, THE BAR IS OPEN FOR ADVANCE ORDERS ONLY to be ordered up to one hour before the show. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our pre-ordering system on apple devices. Please use an android device or contact the Box Office (020 8940 3633, Mon-Sat, 12-6pm) to order.
ONE WAY SYSTEM
Please respect social distancing inside the theatre. There will be a one way system and the toilets will be open.
Tickets will be issued as e-tickets by email, which you can show on your mobile as you enter the theatre. Please note that as part of our safety measures we will be implementing a one-way system during your visit. You will receive full instructions on the measures we will have in place by email at least 24 hours before your visit. You can also print your own tickets at home if you need to. Audiences without an email address can be posted tickets on request.
CREDIT FROM CANCELLED PERFORMANCES
If you accepted credit for a cancelled performance last year, thank you. In doing so you have helped sustain the OT through closure. You can view your credit in ‘My Account’ on the website and use it when you purchase tickets at the checkout stage.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If a show is postponed or cancelled, we will either offer you the opportunity to watch the performance via livestream, offer credit for a future performance or a refund. If you or a member of your group cannot attend the performance just let us know up to 24 hours beforehand and we’ll help you exchange into an alternative performance or you can have credit to use another time.
