YOU MUST WEAR A FACE COVERING INSIDE THE THEATRE AT ALL TIMES
Unless you are medically exempt.
STRICTLY NO LATECOMERS WILL BE ADMITTED
Once a performance commences, you will not be able to enter the theatre. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the theatre at the specified time on your eticket.
THE BAR IS OPEN FOR ADVANCE ORDERS ONLY
You will receive an email the day before the performance (and a text message on the day if we have your mobile number) with a link to pre-order drinks. These will then be placed at your seats for arrival. We're currently not taking any drinks orders before the performance or during an interval.
ONE WAY SYSTEM
Please respect social distancing inside the theatre. There will be a one way system and the toilets will be open.
Tickets will be issued as e-tickets by email, which you can show on your mobile as you enter the theatre. Please note that as part of our safety measures we will be implementing a one-way system during your visit. You will receive full instructions on the measures we will have in place by email at least 24 hours before your visit. You can also print your own tickets at home if you need to. Audiences without an email address can be posted tickets on request.
The theatre building will only open 30 minutes before the performance. Please aim to arrive at the arrival time on your e ticket.
CREDIT FROM CANCELLED PERFORMANCES
If you accepted credit for a cancelled performance last year, thank you. In doing so you have helped sustain the OT through closure. You can view your credit in ‘My Account’ on the website and use it when you purchase tickets at the checkout stage.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If a show is postponed or cancelled, we will either offer you the opportunity to watch the performance via livestream, offer credit for a future performance or a refund. If you or a member of your group cannot attend the performance just let us know up to 24 hours beforehand and we’ll help you exchange into an alternative performance or you can have credit to use another time.
