Book in Person

You can visit our box office in person at 53 Kew Road between 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday. Our box office will continue to be open during these hours whilst our building work takes place.

Building work is currently ongoing at the OT in order to make our venue a Theatre for Everyone. Details on how our development will affect your visit can be found here.

Please email our team at box.office@orangetreetheatre.co.uk if you have any further questions.

Strictly no latecomers will be admitted

Once a performance commences, you will not be able to enter the theatre. Please leave plenty of time to arrive at the theatre at the specified time on your eticket.

Payments

Please note that the OT is a cashless venue – we’re able to accept card payments from all major providers, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Food and Drink

Our bar is out of action while building works take place but we will still be serving a (more limited) selection of food and drink to accompany your visit. We will be operating a nifty drinks trolley where you’ll be able to buy drinks, snacks and programmes both before the show and in the interval. The drinks trolley will be situated within the auditorium itself.

You can see our food and drink menu here.

Tickets

Tickets will be issued as e-tickets by email, which you can show on your mobile as you enter the theatre. You can also print your own tickets at home if you need to. Audiences without an email address can be posted tickets on request.

Opening times

There is no bar area whilst our development is ongoing which means unfortunately there is nowhere to wait before the auditorium opens.

As such, we’ll be opening the theatre entrance 45 minutes before the show starts and audience will be able to access to the auditorium at this time as well, and go straight to their seats.

Emotive content advice

Theatre can be evocative, surprising and unexpected – all qualities that make it special. We don’t like to give away spoilers, however if there are certain themes in a production you know might cause you extreme distress, or you have allergies, please visit the web page for the show or contact the Box Office for content information.
