Youth Theatre 12-14 year olds

SPRING TERM 2026 NOW ON SALE TO EXISTING MEMBERS AND WAITING LIST

What is the 12-14 Youth Theatre?

12 – 14s sessions take place from 5PM – 7PM on Tuesday evenings at the Orange Tree Theatre.

Our community groups are an opportunity to explore, create, meet new people and learn new skills. Sessions are led by professional directors, theatre-makers and actors who are highly experienced in working with children and young people.

Our Youth Theatre members attend engaging weekly sessions which involve games and exercises that aim to develop their skills as theatre-makers, performers and people. Directors leading the sessions will support them with their confidence and challenge them to be bold, creative and passionate in their work.

Members meet once a week and will:

  • meet new people, be part of a thriving community and build confidence
  • develop technique in voice, movement, character building and text work
  • create a show with likeminded people
  • explore creative expression in a safe and supportive environment
  • play lots of games!
