Job Title: Trainee Production Assistant
Responsible to: General Manager & Producer
Purpose of role: The Trainee Production Assistant position is a great opportunity for an aspiring theatre professional to work at an independent producing theatre, developing a broad range of skills that will support a career as an arts producer or manager.
In a small and highly achieving producing office, the Trainee Production Assistant will gain hands-on experience in theatre administration across a diverse programme of work. The Trainee Production Assistant will support the General Manager & Producer across day-to-day office administration, scheduling and coordination, financial reconciliation, recruitment of staff and artists, and producing support.
