We are seeking a technically skilled, creative and collaborative Technical Director to oversee the delivery of all OT and Community productions, while maintaining and ensuring the health and safety of the OT’s three buildings.
The Technical Director manages the technical department and oversees the recruitment of all technical and stage management staff, ensuring OT values are embedded across all freelance staff and diversity and inclusion are considered across recruitment.
The Technical Director production manages all OT productions and oversees freelance PMs to support when needed and is responsible for maintaining a fit-for-purpose building, ensuring regular safety checks are carried out.
The Technical Director will support the joint CEOs with the delivery of an exciting £4m capital redevelopment project centred around access, community & sustainability.
The Technical Director sits on the Senior Leadership Team, which meets regularly and contributes towards shaping the company strategy, leading department reviews, setting goals, promoting teamwork, managing risk and solving complex challenges.
