To thine own self be true

This year, audiences will be immersed in a 60-minute adaptation of Shakespeare’s most famous tragedy, brought to life in a fast-paced, interactive production.

For over 30 years the OT’s Primary Shakespeare project has introduced tens of thousands of children to Shakespeare and theatre. Each year, our actors run workshops in local schools before the children see them perform on the OT stage. This year, we have a one-off public performance for audiences of all ages to enjoy.

Our public performance of Hamlet is on 23 June (2:30pm) and 1 July (1:30pm). An ideal introduction to Shakespeare for children age 6+.
