A delicate nose of ripe stone fruit, the palate is well balanced and creamy. In addition to the ripe peach, minerality adds to the broad mouthfeel and clean acidity. 10% of the wine was fermented and aged in French oak barriques for added richness and complexity.

Palladiano Durello Brut (Italy) 9 / 35
A lesser-known yet great alternative to prosecco. The Durello grape is local to the Veneto region of Italy with the the name of the grape referring to the small, late-maturing berries (duro = hard). Durello's naturally high acidity and cool, hillside vineyards produce complex, long lived wines to rival Italy's finest sparkling wines.

Henners Brut (England) 65
Sourdough aromas combine with crunchy green apple fruit to provide a wonderfully welcoming nose. The palate is fine with a lively and persistent mousse. Green apple and pear fruit characters mix with a toasted brioche leesy flavour helping to provide a complex and moreish palate. Balanced acidity and a long finish make this a very classy sparkling wine.
