The Literary Assistant will gain experience across the Literary department, assisting with the team’s goals of seeking new plays and revivals for programming and supporting emerging artists through OT New Artists. For the right candidate, this may also involve training in how to read and report on new plays, spotting and supporting new playwriting and directing talent.
