The Development & Communications Assistant will gain experience across the Development & Communications department, from assisting with the creation and distribution of digital and printed marketing and fundraising materials; supporting audience development including assisting the Digital Marketing Officer in promoting education projects, growing the proportion of audience with access needs, and implementing strategies to attract new audiences; assisting the Development Officer with membership and other department administration; and preparing reports tracking digital engagement. The Development & Communications Assistant is encouraged to actively contribute to fundraising and marketing conversations and ideas.
